Workforce Wellbeing
Ableminds is working with Q Shelter and the Department of Communities, Housing and the Digital Economy to
improve the practices and self-care of those delivering social services in our communities.
This training was developed initially for staff of the Department of Communities, Housing and the Digital Economy, you may notice references to the Department as you work through the learning material. However, the under lying principles are the same no matter where you work, and this learning material is an ideal introduction to begin or continue a workforce wellbeing conversations where you work.
Using a Trauma informed Practice approach, we look to establish supports for self-care, for all staff, volunteers and stakeholders. Please take the time to work through this learning resource and we hope it will help you grow your skills and support the development of trauma informed practices in your organisation.
